AEC Enterprises equipment and components are built to last and are easy to maintain. The inlet expansion hopper is filled with dried grain grain and the husking rotor automatically draws the product into the cage. Gentle processing of the product is carried out by dehusking corn into corn and corn into cobs. The cleaned corn exits through the bottom of the husker, and the cobs exit through the cob discharge door. AEC type pre-cleaners use an integrated ball rack style screen system. The seeds are first passed through a row of scalping sieves and then flowed through a row of sieves. Multiple aspiration holes ensure excellent removal of dust and fine particles. Multiple pre-cleaner settings are available for all shell building types. Special screen perforation is also available.
